Congratulations on choosing Yoga Sadhna India, a school of distinction for your yogic journey. After finishing your Teachers Training Course, our institute offers an opportunity to a select few for interning at our studio and assist  Masters in teaching classes. Every quarter, we select the most well-performing students for the same. We also need yoga teachers to conduct classes at our Delhi Studio on a regular basis.

We also welcome yoga training graduates of other institutes to apply to us for internships.

We provide a certificate of experience at the end of such internships, alongside offering a small stipend to the ones who can’t support themselves.

Over the years, many of our trainees and students chose to stay back and interned with us. This helped them practice classroom teaching and get a real hands on classroom teaching experience. This helps them  in going forward with their teaching career or deepening their practice and boost confidence.
